A key part of Gold membership is compliance with PAS 91 and the Common Assessment Standard (CAS):

• PAS 91 is a government-backed pre-qualification standard, designed to streamline the tender process by ensuring consistency in how construction companies are evaluated. It covers areas such as health & safety, financial standing and environmental practices.
• The Common Assessment Standard, developed by Build UK in partnership with Constructionline, builds on PAS 91. It aims to streamline the construction procurement process by providing a unified set of questions for assessing suppliers.
