EvaBuild was founded 9th May, 2011.
About Us
Founded in 2011, EvaBuild was created with a vision to revolutionise groundworks contracting.
Traditionally, clients develop designs before considering what lies beneath the ground, often causing delays and added costs.
At EvaBuild, we flip this process by helping clients assess the feasibility and costs of groundworks early, enabling smoother, more efficient project delivery.
We’ve built a strong reputation for partnering with modular specialists across the UK to deliver high quality groundwork packages that meet the fast paced demands of modern construction, all guided by our core values and collaborative approach.
Our journey is ongoing and ever-evolving. At EvaBuild, we are always working on new services, developing our team and supporting initiatives within our community.

2012
First Employee joins the team
EvaBuild takes on its first Jobs Growth Wales employee, Andrew Hughes.
2013
EvaBuild wins Start Up Business Of The Year
EvaBuild wins the award for the start-up business of the year at the Powys Business Awards and goes on to win the same award at the Welsh Business Awards.
2014
EvaBuild Takes On Its First Apprentice
EvaBuild helps to develop young local talent by employing its first apprentice.
2015
EvaBuild wins Fast Growth 50 award
A prestigious award for being the fastest-growing business in Wales.
2016
EvaBuild Shortlisted For Fast Growth 50 Award
For the second year running EvaBuild are shortlisted for the fast growth 50 as one of the fastest growing companies in Wales!
2017
Small Business Under 30 Employees Winner
EvaBuild wins the award for the Best Small Business under 30 employees at the Powys Business Awards.
2018
EvaBuild Rebrands
After a successful seven years, EvaBuild rebrands to establish its market position and promote the services that it offers for the next stage of growth.
2019
Powys Business of The Year
At the 2019 Powys Business Awards, EvaBuild won the top award and was crowned Powys Business of The Year!
2020
Ladywell Business Centre
EvaBuild's first tenants move into the Ladywell development in Newtown, Mid Wales. This site was converted from a derelict shopping centre.
2021
Busiest year ever!
2021 was our busiest year on record (so far) despite Covid-19 challenges.
2022
We have a new home
In June, we moved into our new offices at Ladywell Business Centre. This was a significant development that completely transformed an old and tired building into a fantastic, modern office development for EvaBuild HQ.
2023
EvaBuild wins the Celebration of Newtown Business of the Year Award.
EvaBuild were thrilled to be nominated and subsequently win the Business of the Year Award. It was a fantastic evening, hosted perfectly by NPTC Newtown Campus, and organised by Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council.
2024
EvaBuild hits turnover milestone
Our turnover grew by 60% from 2023, causing us to hit a significant turnover target we'd been striving for!
2025
100 Employees!
At the start of 2025 EvaBuild's team reached 100 employees across site and the office.
2026
15 Years in Business
2026 marks 15 years since EvaBuild was founded on 9th May, 2011. We have plans to celebrate!
