What a fantastic way to start 2019 with news that we have achieved two new ISO accreditations! Since gaining the ISO 14001 last year, we have been working towards the ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 standards with the New Year set as the target to achieve this.
ISO 45001 is the standard for management systems of occupational health & safety, with ISO 9001 being the international standard for quality management systems. By gaining these international standards it clearly demonstrates that EvaBuild provides a consistently high level of quality and safety standards.
The company is commonly being asked by both existing and new clients to provide evidence of working to these internationally recognised standards, so it has been a key milestone to successfully achieve them. It will help substantiate both existing procurement channels and allow us to break into new areas of work in line with our business plan.
Nick Evans, EvaBuild Managing Director commented “Since we began trading nearly eight years ago, we have experienced periods of high growth, and with each purge of growth we have quickly saturated our operational procedures. It has therefore been vital that we have now thoroughly evaluated and streamlined our processes to these recognised standards which we hope will provide a strong foundation for our future. I would like to personally say a huge thank you to Danny Foulkes, who has coordinated this effort and helped bring this to fruition”.
